Competition Rules - Spring into Action
Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility: This competition is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and are residents of the United Kingdom. Employees of Progressive Farming, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfilment agencies, and members of the employees' immediate family and persons living in the same household as employees, are not eligible to participate in this competition.
2. How to Enter: No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning. Participants must follow the instructions provided on the social media post related to the competition to enter. Entries submitted after the competition closes will not be counted.
3. Prize: The winner of the competition will receive a £100 gift voucher to spend online at www.progressivefarming.co.uk. The gift voucher has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. The gift voucher is subject to terms and conditions as stipulated by Progressive Farming and may have an expiration date.
4. Selection of Winner: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received across Facebook, Instagram and X (formally Twitter). The decision of the competition organizer is final and binding in all matters relating to this competition. The winner will be notified via Direct Message on the social media channel entered within seven (7) days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
5. General Conditions: By participating in this competition, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram and X (formally Twitter). You are providing your information to Progressive Farming and not to social media.
6. Privacy: Any personal information received by Progressive Farming in connection with this competition will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
7. Jurisdiction: The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
8. Amendment: Progressive Farming reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice, including in ways that may affect the operation of the competition or the rights of participants.
We will never require you to enter any private details, join any new accounts, be aware of scammers. You will only be contacted by the social media account you entered the competition with.
