Shipping - UK Mainland
Currently we offer Free Shipping for sales over £300 (excl. VAT) to mainland U.K. We will only ship product once payment has been received in full.
Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery of your order, although most orders are delivered within 2 or 3 working days! Give us a call, before placing the order, if you require products urgently 01566 700395.
We deliver items using trusted couriers Parcel Force and DX Recorded Delivery service. Our couriers can send delivery updates via text and email, please provide a mobile number at checkout.
Shipping - Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands & Islands
Please note transit times to these postcodes are increased, allow up to 7 working days (excludes weekends and bank holidays). Shipping surcharges may apply to post codes within Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands & Islands, these are calculated at checkout.
Customers from Northern Ireland must provide a valid XI and GB EORI number to import goods from mainland UK.
Shipping - Over Seas
If you are outside of the UK we are not able to process orders through our website. We are able to supply select European countries, please email us for a quote on sales@progressivefarming.co.uk . Include your Delivery address and VAT number (if applicable).
Please note any promotional discounts or free shipping offers are not applicable for orders outside of the mainland UK.
Upon Delivery
Please inspect your goods and report any damage or errors to us as soon as possible.
If you cannot inspect goods upon receipt from the shipper please sign for them as 'unexamined'. Report damages, faults or errors to us on either telephone or email. In the unlikely event of damage, fault or error you will be entitled to an exchange or full refund. Refunds will be made within 5 working days of our agreement to do so. Products are fully insured while in transit. Report any damage or incomplete deliveries in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Returns
You can return any items for up to 14days from date of delivery. If you wish to return an item please contact us in advance by email sales@progressivefarming.co.uk .

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. Please open the packing carefully. The goods must be fit for re-sale, placed in their original, undamaged packing. The collector may refuse to accept the goods if they are not adequately secured.
You should be aware that, once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing). As soon as we receive the returned goods, within 14 days, we will reimburse the total value of your order, less the actual shipping costs incurred to return the goods. However, goods returned damaged, incomplete or otherwise unfit for re-sale, will be re-valued and the true cost of the defect will be deducted from the amount we refund. We will submit any resulting dispute to your local Trading Standards Office for determination.
Progressive Farming Company Ltd reserves the rights to cancel an order before it is fulfilled. Please note that when you place your order, we will send you an order acknowledgement by email. Such order acknowledgement may be automatically generated and shall not constitute an acceptance of the order. In this case a full refund, including shipping will be processed to the original payment method. Progressive Farming Company Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the cancellation.
