Shipping - UK Mainland

  • Delivery Cost: £9.50 (ex VAT)

  • Free Shipping: Orders over £300 (ex VAT) qualify for free shipping.

  • Delivery Time: Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery, though most orders arrive within 2 to 3 working days.

Shipping - Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly

  • Delivery Cost: £19.99 (ex VAT)

  • Free Shipping: Orders over £500 (ex VAT) qualify for free shipping.

  • Delivery Time: Please allow up to 7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). However, most orders arrive within 3 to 4 working days.

Shipping - Northern Ireland

Important Update: Windsor Framework Changes from 1 May 2025

From 1 May 2025, new shipping regulations will apply under the Windsor Framework for business-to-consumer (B2C) orders. These changes ensure a smoother process while maintaining trade integrity.

What You Need to Know

No Customs Declarations Required – If you’re a private individual in Northern Ireland purchasing from us, you won’t need to complete customs paperwork.
Carrier Responsibilities – Our couriers will handle the necessary customs data with HMRC to ensure compliance.
Orders for BT Postcodes Are B2C – All purchases made with a BT postcode will be treated as B2C transactions, meaning:

  • Goods are for your personal use only.

  • Goods must not be moved into the Republic of Ireland (ROI).

  • Goods must not be purchased for resale.

We are fully prepared for these changes and will ensure a seamless shopping and delivery experience.

We work with trusted couriers to deliver your orders safely and efficiently:

🚚 ParcelForce & DX Recorded Delivery – Standard parcel deliveries with email and text updates (please provide a mobile number at checkout).
📦 Pallex – Larger orders may be delivered on a pallet via our pallet courier service.

Delivery & Returns Policy

Upon Delivery

Inspecting Your Order

  • Please check your order as soon as it arrives and report any damage, missing items, or errors to us as soon as possible.

  • If you are unable to inspect your package upon delivery, we strongly recommend signing for it as ‘unexamined’ to help with any potential claims.

Reporting Issues

  • Damages, faults, or errors must be reported by phone or email within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • If an issue is confirmed, you will be entitled to a full refund or exchange.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of our agreement to do so.

Transit Insurance

  • All goods are fully insured while in transit.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery.

Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow these guidelines.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Returns must be pre-approved by contacting us at sales@progressivefarming.co.uk before sending any items back.

Conditions for Returns

Returned items must be:

  • Complete, with all parts and accessories included.

  • New and unused, with no signs of installation or use.

  • In their original manufacturer’s packaging, which must be undamaged and suitable for resale.

Return Shipping & Packaging

  • Items must be securely packaged. Couriers may refuse to collect goods that are not properly packed.

  • We recommend using a recorded delivery service for your protection.

Return Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part or a faulty item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

  • If you are returning an item for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Processing Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

  • If items are damaged, incomplete, or not in resaleable condition, we will reassess their value, and the refund amount may be adjusted accordingly.

  • Any disputes regarding refunds may be referred to Trading Standards for resolution.

Order Cancellations

Cancelling Before Dispatch

  • Progressive Farming Ltd reserves the right to cancel any order before it is fulfilled.

  • If we cancel an order, a full refund (including shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method.

  • We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by order cancellations.
